To consume Total Protein Muscle?
During physical exercise, the muscle undergoes catabolism: it degrades, and proteins and amino acids are extracted. As soon as the training ends, the body initiates a process to rebuild the damaged muscle fibers and strengthens them for future sessions. During this metabolic window, it is beneficial to consume "fast" proteins because they are absorbed by the body in less than an hour. The recommended dose is 3 scoops (33g) of powder within an hour after physical exercise, mixed with water. The mixture should be consumed immediately after preparation to avoid the formation of a leucine sediment, which could alter the taste and effectiveness of the product. It is also advisable to consume a fruit and stay properly hydrated during this period.
